• “Guests” are non–members who are introduced by a member.
• A guest must play with the member introducing them. They are entitled to the guest fee and to play when the course is reserved for members and their guests.
• A person who is not a member and resides within 75 miles of Williamstown may play as a guest no more than once per month. This rule is waived when a member has a houseguest.
• Guests must register at the Clubhouse before play, with the guest fee paid as a charge to the member’s account.
• Saturday and Sunday, Memorial Day through Labor Day between 7 a.m.-11 a.m. members may have one guest.
• At all other times a group of three (3) guests may be introduced by a member in one day.
• A group of more than three “guests” may be introduced in one day only with prior approval of the Board of Directors or an officer of the Club acting for the Board.
• Non–member alumni and parents of Williams students may start only after 1 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and not between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on weekdays.
•“Unaccompanied Guests” are non–members who are not introduced by a member, and need not play with a member. A limited number of tee times are available through the pro shop one week prior to the desired tee times. Please check about our cancellation policy at the time of your reservation.
