* Tee times are accepted by phoning or visiting the pro shop beginning at 8:00 AM (Tuesday-Friday) and at 7:00 AM Sat. & Sun. The course and pro shop are closed until 11:00 AM on Mondays.

* Tee times can be reserved (1) week in advance.

* Unaccompanied guests are non-members who are not introduced by a member and need not play with a member. Limited tee times are reserved each day for unaccompanied guests. Tee times are limited to Tuesday through Friday prior to 11:00 AM and after 1:30 PM.

* A guest must play with the member introducing them and are entititled to the "guest fee".
Saturday and Sunday between Memorial Day through Labor Day between 7 AM - 11 AM, members may have one guest. At all other times a group of three (3) guests may be introduced by a member in one day.

* Non-member alumni and parents of Williams students may start only after 1 PM on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and not between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM on week days.
