…..I have always believed in the total dining experience. It’s not just about the food. The ambience of the restaurant, background music, the service, attentiveness, energy, and repore of the staff, all contribute to the dining experience.
In my thirty five plus years in the food service industry, my career has taken me from Rhode Island, Las Vegas, Florida, Massachusetts, Arizona, and back to New England. My passion and love for my work is very much intact. I have been very fortunate to have worked with great ownership, management, and staff throughout my career, achieving much success, gratification, and many happy guests.
My goal here at Taconic Golf Club is to offer fresh and exciting menus, with selections from many regions of the world to compliment this beautiful golf course. I am very pleased to be returning for the 2018 season, and carry much pride being the chef at Taconic Golf Club.
